How does Monito run AI without an internet connection?
Monito bundles 11 specialized, quantised LiteRT machine learning models directly inside the mobile app binary (799.1 KB total). Your device CPU executes classification, OCR, and NER embeddings locally with zero network calls.
Does Monito sell or share my financial transactions?
Never. Monito has zero ad trackers, zero telemetrySDKs, and zero data-brokering agreements. Your data is encrypted at rest using SQLCipher 256-bit AES with keys stored in your hardware security module.
What happens if I switch to a new phone?
If you enable our optional cloud synchronization, your encrypted database is synced to Supabase over SSL-pinned HTTPS. Alternatively, you can use our one-tap offline encrypted backup export anytime.
