Terms of Service & Agreement.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Monito application, website (monito.in), or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digitekki ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Digitekki grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Monito on personal mobile devices solely for your own personal financial tracking purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the software, algorithms, 11 on-device LiteRT machine learning models, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation belong exclusively to Digitekki. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the application without prior express written consent.

You retain 100% ownership and complete sovereignty over all financial records, transaction notes, receipts, budgets, and goals entered into or processed by Monito.

Monito is an automated record-keeping and budget visualization utility. Monito is NOT a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, certified financial planner, or registered investment advisor.

All calculations, anomaly detections, category breakdowns, savings feasibility curves, and AI insights are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial decisions and should consult a certified financial professional for tax, legal, or investment advice.

Monito utilizes SQLCipher 256-bit AES database encryption protected by hardware-bound cryptographic keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining the physical security of your mobile device, biometric locks (FaceID / Fingerprint), device passcodes, and cloud sync credentials.

Because Monito operates on an offline-first architecture with zero backdoors, loss of device access without cloud sync or manual backup may result in permanent data unrecoverability.

Monito functions completely offline. If you choose to enable optional multi-device cloud synchronization via Supabase, we endeavor to maintain high service availability. However, we do not warrant that remote sync servers will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without latency during maintenance windows.

You agree not to use Monito to:

• Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, money-laundering, or unauthorized financial activities.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or compromise SSL Pinning, Keystore encryption, or security protocols.
• Distribute malware, trojans, or automated scripts targeting Monito cloud sync relays.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGITEKKI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITEKKI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling Monito and/or using the "Delete Account" feature inside the app. Digitekki reserves the right to suspend or terminate cloud sync access for accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
